Established in 1998 across 78 acres, South City II was developed as one of the early planned gated townships of Gurugram. The Association was constituted by the residents in 2004 to take over routine maintenance, security and welfare from the developer. Since then, the RWA has overseen the modernisation of common infrastructure, installation of CCTV, RFID-based vehicle access, sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting and a comprehensive digital portal for resident services.
